Timing and Arrival

Please take into account the traffic and if you are arriving by car please come 10-15 minutes in advance to make sure you find parking. Please don't be late. I might have a client or a meeting right after you and if we start 15 minutes later that is okay and I can probably just extend the shooting time, but if you are late for more than 30 minutes that will be deducted from the photo shoot time. 

Outfits

I do not limit my clients in the amount of outfits that they can bring. I usually recommend 4-6 outfits, but having more options is always better. 

Unless you had something very specific in mind, please mostly use neutral colours ( black, white, dark blue, etc).  Many of the images I do will likely be in black and white and bright colours like green and red simply look bad in black and white. I also do not want the clothes to distract the viewer from you. You can bring some colourful stuff like red, green, etc, just not too much. Also please make sure all clothes are not wrinkly or dirty or covered in hair from animals. 

At the end of this guide you will see a mood board that will give you some outfit ideas. But you can bring anything like a blazer, shirts, turtleneck, elegant jacket or coat, leather jacket, dress, shoes, a few sets of lingerie and a bit of jewelry. In addition to that you can bring whatever you think looks beautiful, you don not have to strictly follow the mood board.

Makeup & Hair

I personally recommend not putting too much makeup on and keeping the hair natural. This is not an Vogue Cover photo shoot , imagine you are putting makeup for a dinner date. 

Unless there is a makeup artist on set please bring a makeup kit with you in case we need to make some minor adjustments.
